We are now accepting quarterly bookings exclusively on our website. We are not accepting any new bookings through Airbnb, unless it is to fill a cancellation that is between January 2024 through May of 2024. Please check our website for direct booking cancellations from June of 2024 and beyond. Our quarterly booking schedule is as follows:
January 1, 2024 at 10AM PST: October, November and December of 2024 (Q4).
April 1, 2024 at 10AM PST: January, February and March of 2025 (Q1).
July 1, 2024 at 10AM PST: April, May and June of 2025 (Q2).
October 1, 2024 at 10AM PST: July, August and September 2025 (Q3).
January 1, 2025 at 10AM PST: October, November and December of 2025 (Q4).
*Calendar openings for future years will follow the same quarterly schedule unless stated otherwise.*
* At this time we are not accepting one day stays. Our cleaning fee remains the same regardless of the length of stay. It is a better value when the cleaning fee is spread over multiple nights. For this reason we have a two night minimum.
During slower seasons we may open one day vacancies at our discretion and will announce these dates on our blog and in our social media stories. When this happens it will be made available to book on the calendar. If you encounter a one day vacancy that is not allowing you to book, that means it is unavailable and is being used for potential maintenance, marketing, or content generation.

We do not have a cart functionality. The dates are not guaranteed until checkout is completed. This unfortunately means dates can flip to unavailable while you are entering your information. We do not have a waitlist.
Tips:
We recommend having your info typed out ahead of time so that you can copy and paste it in. More people in your group attempting to book on separate devices means you stand a better chance of snagging dates. Please be flexible with dates you are choosing to book as our calendar fills in very quickly.
